Xiaoli Li

Dr. Xiaoli Li is Vice Dean and Professor at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Dr. Li features on the "Top 2% Global Scientist List" released by Stanford University in 2023, and has been the recipient of a number of prizes. She has served as Principal Investigator of more than 10 national-level and provincial-level projects including three National Natural Science Foundation projects, a national key R&D program project, and a national science and technology support program sub-project, and also serves on a number of committees and editorial boards. Dr. Li has published over 130 SCI-indexed papers with more than 3200 citations, and has been granted 35 national invention patents, 1 US invention patent, and 1 UK invention patent.

Mostafa Gouda

Dr. Mostafa Gouda is Assistant Professor at the Nutrition​ and Food Science Department, National Research Center, Egypt, and is also affiliated with the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He has received a number of awards including the National State Prize in Science and Advanced Sciences, Egypt, 2022/2023 and International Association for Advanced Materials (IAAM) Scientist Medal, Stockholm, Sweden, 2024. Dr. Gouda is Associate Editor for several publishers like Springer Nature and Frontiers. He has several publications in high impact journals like Trends in Plant Science, Hazardous Materials, Engineering, Bioresource Technology, and Food Hydrocolloids. He is an official reviewer for various journals, and has published over 60 articles, book chapters, and one book.

Yong He

Yong He is Dean and Professor at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He is Director of the Key Laboratory of spectroscopy, Ministry of Agriculture. He previously served as a visiting professor at University of Tokyo, Tokyo University of Agricultural & Technology, and Illinois University. He has published more than 20 books and textbooks, and 400 papers, and has been the recipient of numerous prizes. Dr. He has served on a number of committees, societies, and editorial boards, including as Editor-in-Chief for the journal “Computers and Electronics in Agriculture”, Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Chemistry Association of China Agricultural Machinery Society, and Vice President of Zhejiang Agricultural Engineering Society.
