Sapana Jadoun

Dr. Sapana Jadoun is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Tarapacá, Chile. Additionally, she serves as a FONDECYT Postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical Sciences, at the University of Concepción, Chile, where she develops research on the sustainable applications of nanomaterials within the energy industry.

Her academic journey includes earning a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, India, in 2019. Prior to this, she completed her Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Rajasthan, India, and her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Kota, India.

Her research focuses on materials chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and polymers chemistry, mainly conducting polymers and their functionalization for applications in photocatalysis, optoelectronics, bioimaging, sensing, etc.
