Dr. Arup Giri, M.Sc., Ph.D. is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology, Baba Mastnath University, India. He is also serving as the Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Baba Mastnath University, India. Dr. Giri has completed M.Sc. in Zoology from Maulana Azad College, Kolkata, University of Calcutta. For his doctoral research, he has joined DRDO-Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR), Leh, Ladakh UT, India, and received a Ph.D. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, TN, India in Life Sciences. Dr. Giri has later joined as a postdoctoral ICMR-SRF fellow at DIHAR, Chandigarh, India. He has also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Science, Arni University, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. His main research interest is on ‘Animal Physiology and Environmental Toxicology.’ A prolific author with 76 articles published in peer-reviewed journals, Dr. Giri's impact factor of 93.53 underscores the significance of his contributions (Google Scholar citation: 1023; H-index: 19; i10-index: 29). A mentor par excellence, Dr. Giri has guided numerous students in their academic pursuits. With six completed Ph.D. thesis, on-going mentorship for four more, and guided 85 post-graduate students. His supervision has been instrumental in earning accolades, such as the 'Best M.Sc. Dissertation Work' at Sri Sai University, Himachal Pradesh, India. Dr. Giri's influence extends beyond borders, with memberships in esteemed international societies and collaborations. Indu Sharma

Dr. Indu Sharma (M.Sc., Ph.D.) is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. After obtaining her doctorate degree from PGIMER Chandigarh, she has served as Demonstrator and Principal Investigator in DBT-funded research project in the Department of Experimental Medicine & Biotechnology of PGIMER, Chandigarh. Besides serving many administrative responsibilities in the university; presently serving as Added member to Faculty of Science in the Senate and Warden of Kasturba Hall (Girls Hostel-4) of Panjab University. The broad area of her research is ‘Reproductive Physiology’ and ‘Molecular Cytogenetics’ and the major thrust area is to explore molecular approaches in common gynecological disorders by genetics, epigenetics, and therapeutic interventions. Her calibre is well reflected by 03 awards earned for excellent research which has been successfully complemented in the form of 03 Major Research Projects and 01 Startup Project sponsored by Government agencies. She has successfully supervised 05 Ph.D. and 34 M.Sc. dissertations and currently, 02 Ph.D. and 04 M.Sc. candidates are being trained under her supervision. Dr. Sharma has published 22 publications in International Journals of repute, 21 book chapters, one book in indexed publishers such as Springer, Springer Nature, Elsevier, CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group, Apple Academic Press, Nova Science etc., 27 abstracts by participating in national/international conferences and delivered about 50 invited lectures in international and national deliberations. Rani Ojha

Dr. Rani Ojha, Ph.D., is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), India. Dr. Ojha has completed her Ph.D. in the Urology department, at PGIMER. After her doctoral research, Dr. Ojha pursued her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. She also did her second postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University, California, USA. Dr. Ojha was offered a permanent research position with the University of Utah as an Assistant Professor (Research Track) in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA in 2021. Dr. Ojha is a leading researcher in the field of cancer cell biology. Her main research interest areas are mitochondrial metabolism and cancer stem cells. Her research has been published in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals, including, for example, Developmental Cell, Cancer Discovery, Nature Cell Biology, Autophagy, JCI, and Cancer. Her work has been cited more than 14,000 times by other experts worldwide (Google Scholar citation: 16,257; H-index: 18; i10-index: 19). Dr. Ojha is a member of several peer-reviewed boards (Bio Protocol, Frontiers in Cell Biology, Frontiers in Genetics). She serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals (Scientific Reports, Biomolecule, Cancer, Antioxidants, BMC, etc.). Dr. Ojha is guiding several Ph.D., M.Ch. and M.S. students. She received recently the 'Interstellar Initiative for Young Scientists for mentorship” from the New York Academy of Sciences and the Japan Agency of Medical Research and Development.
