Eric Tournié is a professor of electrical engineering and photonics at the University of Montpellier, France, and a senior member of the Institut Universitaire de France. He is a specialist in compound semiconductor heterostructures and optoelectronic devices, with a focus on mid-infrared optoelectronics.

Laurent Cerutti

Laurent Cerutti is an Associate Professor at the University of Montpellier, France. His research activities focus on the development and MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) growth of Sb-base photonic devices, mainly for the development of MIR cascade lasers grown on native and lattice mismatched substrate.
