En effet, l’évaluation catégorielle des troubles de la personnalité a montré ses limites au profit d’une approche dimensionnelle. Le modèle alternatif du DSM-5-TR et la CIM-11 retiennent chacun cinq domaines de traits de personnalité pathologique.
